You could write a book about everything that’s right about the residences at The Chatsworth. The design. The views. The amenities. And, of course, the enviable location on the Upper West Side. One of the local landmarks, the Beacon Theatre, has been making audiences laugh, sing, and dance for almost 90 years. Here are some of the notable performers on the Beacon’s stage this October.

Deep Purple (October 8th)

Legends always perform at the Beacon Theatre, and October is a platinum month for such occurrences, beginning with Deep Purple’s The Long Goodbye Tour. The Rock Hall-inducted legends are bound to perform their classics like “Smoke on the Water” and “Child in Time” in all their live glory. Expect a spectacular show from this 1970s British rock band.

Steely Dan (October 15th, 16th, 18th, 19th, 22nd

This series of appearances by “yacht rockers” Steely Dan promises a wholly unique experience. For the first two nights, they’ll perform two of their all-time greatest albums—Aja and The Royal Scam, respectively. On the third night, they’ll play “by popular demand.” The fourth night will feature Donald Fagin’s The Nightfly album. Their series at the Beacon will culminate on October 22nd with a performance of their greatest hits.

Jerry Seinfeld (October 25th and 26th)

The legendary stand-up comedian Jerry Seinfeld—famous for weaving passing observations into nuggets of comedy gold—finishes off a mini-residency at the Beacon. Ever the hard-working performer, Seinfeld is showcasing a total of four comedic sets within these two nights. This is an exclusive opportunity to experience a comedic master craftsman at work. You’re guaranteed to laugh all the way home.

With your future home on 344 West 72nd Street just moments away from the Beacon, you’ll be able to check out these lively performances on the Upper West Side.
