Originally constructed during the pre-war wave of luxury building on the Upper West Side, The Chatsworth, first completed in 1904, has never looked better. The collection of Manhattan condominiums was recently renovated by renowned interior design firm Pembrooke & Ives, who took inspiration from The Chatsworth’s Gilded Age origins while completing the renovation. This iconic pre-war building now features a restored lobby featuring backlit skylights that recreate the original layout from over a hundred years ago. While its ambiance is pure Gilded Age, The Chatsworth is also home to a suite of modern amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a wine room, and a lounge with exposed brick vaulted ceilings.
